When a Bertazzoni coffee machine stops pouring, the visit starts at the water tank seat and the grounds drawer before any part…" url: "https://coffeemachinerepair.center/brands/bertazzoni/" --- # Bertazzoni Coffee Machine Repair When a Bertazzoni coffee machine stops pouring, the visit starts at the water tank seat and the grounds drawer before any part is suspected. ## Bertazzoni coffee machines, specifically. Bertazzoni offers a single coffee machine in the US: the Professional Series CM242WTXT, a 24-inch built-in with a 4.3-inch touch screen, a 2.5-liter tank and a 12-ounce bean container. Its messages are full sentences on that screen, and one of them, General alarm, stands for eight different situations. The Bertazzoni lineup ### Builds 1 coffee machine type Built-in coffee system ### Called out for No Coffee Coming Out of the Coffee Machine and 6 more problems on Bertazzoni ### Repairs we do 10 repairs, on any make Coffee machine diagnostic visit · Coffee machine brew unit repair · Coffee machine grinder repair · Coffee machine pump repair ### Error codes Fill water tank with fresh water · Empty grounds container · Insert ground container · Fill bean container · Ground too fine. Which one decides how the visit is planned. [All coffee machine types](https://coffeemachinerepair.center/types/) Built-in ### Built-in coffee system **3** of the problems we see on Bertazzoni come up on it Built-in coffee system repair ## What is particular to Bertazzoni. The CM242WTXT in stainless steel is Bertazzoni's only US coffee machine, built for the Professional Series look. It runs on 120 volts through a 67-inch cord with a plug, and Bertazzoni sells no plumbed-in or countertop model in the US. ### Sentences on a touch screen The CM242WTXT spells out what it needs, from Fill water tank with fresh water to Water circuit empty, on a 4.3-inch TFT display. We ask owners to read us the exact line, because several similar lines point to different parts. ### Beans or ground, both from one machine The machine takes whole beans in a 12-ounce container and has a separate funnel for one scoop of ground coffee. A funnel packed with ground coffee is a common reason drinks stop, and it is cleared differently from a grinder problem. ### Out on rails, but never in use The unit rides on rails inside its cabinet, and Bertazzoni says not to leave it pulled out while it is working or when it is not needed. Grind adjustment is the one job done with it out, which is why we usually handle it on a visit. ### One alarm, many meanings General alarm: refer to user manual can mean a dirty interior, a descale or filter reminder, a milk-tube clean, or simply that auto-start or energy saving is on. Sorting which one applies is the first thing we do before any parts come out. Parts Parts are ordered against the CM242WTXT model and serial number from the rating label. The water softener cartridge is fitted on certain units only, so we check the tank before assuming one is there. Repair or replace Because this is a single current model sized to a 24-inch cabinet opening, repair is usually the practical path. A unit with a failed board and a worn pump together is where replacement is worth weighing. Book your Bertazzoni visit ## What we are called out for. Bertazzoni lists 13 beverages, from espresso and americano to flat white and latte macchiato. They all come from the same grinder, infuser and milk system. ### Why is coffee from my Bertazzoni not hot? Bertazzoni's table points to cold cups, an infuser that cooled after a few idle minutes, or a low temperature setting. Run a rinse to warm the infuser and raise the temperature in the menu. ### Why does my Bertazzoni coffee maker puff steam when it is idle? Condensate drips onto the still-hot heater after use and makes small puffs and noises. Bertazzoni calls this normal and suggests emptying the drip tray to limit it. ### Can the Bertazzoni coffee maker stay pulled out while I make coffee? No. Bertazzoni asks for the machine to be pushed back into the cabinet whenever it is working, and not left out when it is not needed. --- **[Read on the site: Bertazzoni Coffee Machine Repair](https://coffeemachinerepair.center/brands/bertazzoni/)** **[Book a visit with CoffeeMachineRepair.center](https://coffeemachinerepair.center/schedule/)**
