Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Open the menu, choose DESCALE and follow the display: empty the tank, add Fulgor's recommended descaler and water, and place a 2-liter container under the hot water spout. 02 Let the program run through its pauses, about 30 minutes, then rinse and refill the tank with clean water when asked. 03 If PLEASE DESCALE! is still showing after a full cycle and rinse, book a visit. ### Cleared? The message is gone, and the machine grinds, heats and pours a full cup again with no new part. If it comes back within the week, or the descale or filter reminder returns straight after a finished cycle, say so in the booking. ### What not to do It is not a sign that anything has broken; the machine is asking for maintenance.
