Follow it to the end: the last card says whether this is a visit. 01 Empty the drip tray and grounds container, and place a container under the coffee spout and the frother. 02 Start the cleaning from the Cockpit; when Add cleaning tablet appears, drop a Jura tablet into the filler funnel. 03 Let the program finish; if the message returns right after a completed cycle, book a visit. ### Cleared? The message is gone, and the machine grinds, heats and pours a full cup again with no new part. If it comes back within the week, or the descale or filter reminder returns straight after a finished cycle, say so in the booking. ### What not to do The prompt does not mean the brew unit is damaged.
