Shut the EC24 down with its front On/Off button and give it time to cool before swinging the service door open and lifting the tray and bin out. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### What part of my Wolf EC24 do I clean for GENERAL ALARM? The open area behind the service door where the drip tray and grounds container sit, plus the tray and container themselves. That is where spent coffee builds up. ### Can I clear GENERAL ALARM on a Wolf coffee system just by resetting the breaker? Sometimes, if the alarm was a one-off. If residue caused it, it will return, so clean first and reset second. ### Is it safe to keep using my Wolf EC24 if GENERAL ALARM comes and goes? The machine stops itself while the alarm is up, so there is no harm in trying again after a clean. If it keeps coming back, have it checked rather than resetting it over and over. --- **[Read on the site: Wolf GENERAL ALARM: the EC24 wants a thorough inside clean](https://coffeemachinerepair.center/error-codes/wolf-general-alarm/)** **[Book a visit with CoffeeMachineRepair.center](https://coffeemachinerepair.center/schedule/)**
