Hold the lid's CLEAN button down for 5 seconds or longer and keep your finger on it until the CLEANING! bar fills.
Put the milk back in the refrigerator within 15 minutes; if froth stays poor after cleaning, take the lid apart and wash it, and book a visit if milk still will not come through.
