Coffee machine
brands,
find yours fast.

Look for the name on the front panel, above the spouts or on the plate inside the front door, and open its page: that make's coffee machines, the repairs our technicians carry out on them most often, and any display messages we could confirm in the maker's own manuals.

Not every coffee machine
breaks the same way.

A built-in coffee system sits flush in a tall cabinet with its water tank behind the front, a plumbed built-in draws from a line under the sink and never asks to be filled, a countertop bean-to-cup machine grinds and brews on the counter at one touch, and a manual espresso machine leaves the tamping and the portafilter to you. Which one makes your coffee?

Questions about
the makes.

My coffee machine's make has no page here. Do you work on it anyway?
Quite possibly. No page yet simply means we have not written one. Put the make and model number in the notes, and we confirm the parts can be sourced before anyone drives out.
Does the make decide whether a coffee machine is worth fixing?
Not as much as owners expect. The machine's age, its type and how easily its parts arrive count for more. Seals and milk parts for common bean-to-cup machines tend to come quickly, while a board or a brew unit for an imported built-in coffee system can mean a longer wait.
Where do coffee machine makers put the model plate?
On a built-in it is usually inside the front door, near the brew unit or behind the drip tray; on a countertop machine under the drip tray, below the water tank or on the base. Take a photo rather than copying it by hand; one wrong character brings the wrong part.
Do some makes share the same coffee machine inside?
Several do. Makers that belong to the same group, or buy their brewing module from the same supplier, often share a brew unit, a grinder or a milk system under different fronts. That is why the plate on your machine, not the name on the door, tells us which part fits.
